Installing the Apache web server is very easy to do. Simply
  1. point your browser to The Apache Software Foundation
  2. click on HTTP Server
  3. click on Download
  4. click on Unix Source to obtain the .tar.gz file
  5. click on Save As
  6. put your .tar.gz file in a convenient directory
  7. from that directory
      type ./configure
    1. go get a cup of coffee or a soda
    2. type make
    3. type make install
