Video Walkthroughs for Installing Eclipse for C++ on Windows

For Windows, we can get g++, gdb, and make from Cygwin, a project that provides the thousands of free and open source GNU tools for Windows systems.

Cygwin creates 32-bit binaries, which the 64-bit versions of Eclipse and/or Java have had trouble launching, so until further notice, be sure that you install 32-bit versions of Java and Eclipse, even if you have a 64-bit computer.

Installing Cygwin, Eclipse, and CDT on subsequent versions of Windows should be similar to the steps shown in the Windows 7 videos.
