Video Walkthroughs for Installing Eclipse for C++ on Windows

For Windows, we can get g++, gdb, and make from Cygwin, a project that provides the thousands of free and open source GNU tools for Windows systems.

Windows 8: Follow the video walkthrough instructions for Windows 7 (below).
If, when you try to build a C++ program, you get an error like the following:
```
   /usr/lib/gcc/i686-pc-cygwin/4.5.3/cc1.exe: error while loading shared libraries:
     cygmpfr-4.dll: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory
```
then re-run Cygwin's Setup.exe program, navigate to category Libs, and install the missing library libmpfr4.

Installing Cygwin, Eclipse, and CDT on subsequent versions of Windows should be similar to the steps shown in the Windows 10 videos, though versions of the software packages will undoubtedly change.
