Calvin CS at SIGCSE 2015

Calvin will be well-represented at the 46th ACM Technical Symposium on Computer Science Education (SIGCSE 2015):

  • Prof. Vic Norman is presenting a paper on improving the performance of non-CS majors in introductory CS courses. 
  • Prof. Joel Adams is leading a special session showcasing different ways to build inexpensive Beowulf clusters, as well as a workshop on using the message-passing interface (MPI) to teach students about parallel and distributed computing.
