This course provides an introduction to numerical computation using
spreadsheets, including basic operations, graphs and charts, decision
making, data management and macros. It assumes a prerequisite of foundations
of information technology. Students who complete this course will
    demonstrate that they can:
    - Create a useful spreadsheets by deploying formulae and functions, including intermediate statistical and
financial functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, PMT, FV, IFERROR, COUNTIFS and
        AVERAGEIFS).

- Use relative, absolute and mixed cell references.
- Create effective charts.
- Coordinate multiple worksheets within a single workbook using 3-D
formulas and between workbooks using linked workbooks.

- Format spreadsheet data effectively using conditional formatting, data
        validation and row/column hiding.

- Analyse spreadsheet data using sorting, filtering and pivot charts.
In this course, we will cover this material in lectures and in hand-on lab
sessions based on Microsoft Excel. We will also consider the material from
    reformed Christian context.
