• Section 4.1 - Focus on hill-climbing, simulated annealing and local beam search. Read the material on genetic algorithms and evolution (p. 130) for the general concepts.
• Sections 4.2-4.5 - Skim these briefly; we’ll focus primarily on Section 4.1.
