Your team should prepare a presentation explaining and demonstrating your final system. The presentation will be of the sort one would give to an informed customer or funding agency, based largely on a demonstration of the system. This presentation should be 15 minutes long (~12 minutes for the content and ~3 minutes for the questions) and should include the following elements.
Vision — Articulate the driving vision of your project.
Design — Give an overview of your system design, including the deployment diagram. Take time to discuss the changes you implemented (if any) as a result of the usability testing.
Demonstration — Demonstrate the major features of your system in detail, including the on-line help.
Assessment — Assess the strengths and weaknesses of your system and what future work you believe would be necessary to deploy it. Include an assessment of your application with respect to: its functionality; its future prospects; and its societal/ethical implications.
Questions & Answers — Moderate a question and answer period as part of the full time allotment.
The presentation will be held during our final exam period and attendance is required. Save your presentation slides in your project repo (e.g., see the sample project repo).
