For this deliverable, your team will give a presentation on the design of your project. This presentation should be 10 minutes long (~8 minutes for the content and ~2 minutes for the questions) and should include the following things.
Vision - Articulate the driving vision of your project.
Analysis & Design - Discuss your analysis and design models, including your:
Be sure to list and justify the basic technologies you’ve chosen to use.
Demonstration - Demonstrate the major features of your system that you have implemented so far.
Status Report - Give a brief report on what you have and have yet to accomplish.
Questions & Answers - Moderate a question and answer period at the end. Count this as part of your presentation time.
You may organize and present your talk in any way you see fit, but every team member must play some role in the presentation (e.g., presenter, demo operator or subject expert). Note that for the final presentation, this rule will not apply.
Let us know if your team:
Assume that your audience is generally knowledgeable about computers, but doesn't know anything about your project (e.g., other department faculty members or upper division CS majors).
As usual, we'll announce the order and location of the presentation period (i.e., lab #10) and save your presentation slides in your project repo (e.g., see the sample project repo).
We will grade your presentation according to the following criteria:
