CS 396/398 Senior Project in Computing

Semester	Due Date	Milestones
Spring (junior year)	Registration	Make arrangements with a faculty member to be your project mentor. Register for CS 396 (with your mentor as the instructor) for the fall semester.
Fall (senior year)	September 15	Submit a project proposal to your mentor and the department.
	October 15	The department approves final draft of project proposal.
	late October	Register for CS 398 for the spring semester. Discuss your project with a member or members of the Department partners council.
	December 15	Submit a project status report to your mentor. Include a prototype if appropriate.
Spring (senior year)	April 1	Deliver a working, end-to-end prototype of your system to your mentor and the department.
	May 1	Submit your final deliverables to your mentor and the department. Make a final presentation if appropriate.
	May 15	The department approves your final project deliverables.
